TEACHER COACH METHODOLOGY

The teacher coach methodology is committed to meet the student’s needs in the learning process of the language, developing four skills: oral communication, understanding, writing, reading and vocabulary. In other words, the communication during business negotiations, travels and meetings.

Attention!

  • The conditions are valid for all packages;
  • 60-minute classes;
  • Deadline and cancellation of class: Up to 12 hours before class time;
  • The student has 30 days to use the classes of the package selected. After this time, the plan is expired and renewed for the next month;
  • Minimum 6-hour monthly package;
  • After buying the package, the class schedules are subject to approval/changes;
  • The cancellation of our plans is in effect on the payment
    date. If you want to cancel it, there will be a period of 7 calendar days, taking into account the cancellation period with no costs.

  • Class schedule is from 11 AM to 10 PM (European time) from Monday to Friday || (please access the calendar)
  • The classes are taught online preferably by the following platforms: || SKYPE || WHEREBY || GOOGLE DUE || ZOOM || TEAMS, due to needs for the projection of the teaching material.
  • The classes will be conducted by the teacher.
  • The teaching material will be adopted after level evaluation (online testing & interview) and the definition of the student’s objective.
  • After an interview with the teacher, your level and materials will be adopted according to the test.
  • We offer lesson packages that can be chosen by the student as needed.
  • Each level lasts approximately 150 hours and the level completion will depend on the volume of lessons effectively taken by the student.
  • The class schedules are fixed and previously defined between student and teacher.
  • Students who cancel classes with 12 hours in advance are entitled to a replacement.

Is there any previous requirement for starting classes?

  • Have a device (computer, tablet or cellphone) with broadband access and one of the platforms || SKYPE || WHEREBY || GOOGLE DUE || ZOOM with microphone and camera.
  • Previous interviews with the coordination to evaluate the objectives and leveling.
  • Definition of class package.
  • Do the leveling test.
  • Make the payment of the package.
  • Send a receipt by email after bank transfer.

Which are the payment forms?

  • The payment forms can be used for recurring courses by Paypal (debit/credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Amex) or bank transfer upon approval.
  • Billing amount refers to the payment date of the package X shipping
    of the invoice.

Is the teaching material included in the course?

  • The School recommends using the teaching material according to the student leveling.
  • We suggest purchasing the material in specialized bookstores.
  • Extra activities are sent with no extra costs.

What is a fixed/ recurring Package?

  • The fixed-time package set out that every consecutive week of effective classes will have the same days and times
  • The minimum number of classes to be purchased is a package with 6 classes of 60 minutes each, which is valid for 30 days from the payment date;
  • The classes have previous schedules and dates, and the cancellation policy is the same as applied (12 hours in advance before starting classes);
  • The cancellation of the recurring monthly plans, which is in effect according to the contract date, if you want to cancel it, there will be a period of 7 calendar days, taking into account the cancellation period with no costs.

Is there any contract for starting the course?

An appointment has come up. Can I reschedule my classes?

Yes! Students who cancel classes with 12 hours in advance are entitled to a replacement.

How many students are in a class?

1 student per class. The classes are individual and customized.

Missed / Expired Classes

  • Booked classes for a month and not replaced are considered as expired classes;
  • Classes booked in a package with an expiration date (30 days) and not taken within this agreed period are considered as expired classes;
  • Remaining classes of course that are canceled in a monthly plan or specific packages (classes canceled with more than 12 hours before starting the class) will not be converted to a cash refund;
  • Deadline for taking classes: 30 days
